چکیده
The tilted-wave interferometer (TWI) is a recent and promising technique for optically measuring aspheres freeform surfaces combines an elaborate experimental setup with sophisticated data analysis algorithms. There are, however, many parameters that influence its performance, greater knowledge about the behavior of TWI needed before it can be established as measurement standard. Virtual experiments are appropriate tool this purpose, in paper we present digital twin was carefully designed such experiments. expensive numerical calculations involved combined existence multiple influencing limit number virtual feasible, which poses challenge to researchers. Experimental design statistical allows planned maximize information gain. We applied goal identifying main sources uncertainty. results from work presented here.

Microarray experiments: considerations for experimental design
Introduction Initially conceived and launched ten years ago, microarray technology has become an attractive choice for researchers to screen the expression of thousands of genes simultaneously. During its short history, the technology has made invaluable contributions to various scientific fields. One example is evident in human cancer research and the development of a prognostic tool based on ...
متن کاملhydrochlorothiazide detection in urine samples by hplc-dad and experimental design dispersive l-l microextraction
hydrochlorothiazide (hct) is a diuretic agent which is shown to be effective in the treatment of hypertension. literature reports have demonstrated that urinary excretion data may be used to assess the bioavailability of various formulations containing this thiazide. also hct consumption by the athletes is one of the drugs which should be regulated by world anti-doping agency (wada), because of...
Geometric constraints for the design of diffusing-wave spectroscopy experiments.
Diffusing-wave spectroscopy (DWS) experiments require the choice of suitable sample geometry. We study sample geometries for transmission experiments by performing DWS measurements on a variable thickness cell. The data reveal that DWS works well, giving consistent answers to within 5% when the cell is more than 10 random walk step lengths thick, and that the input geometry is less significant ...
متن کاملDephasing in matter-wave interferometry
We review different attempts to show the decoherence process in doubleslit-like experiments both for charged particles (electrons) and neutral particles with permanent dipole moments. Interference is studied when electrons or atomic systems are coupled to classical or quantum electromagnetic fields. The interaction between the particles and time-dependent fields induces a time-varying Aharonov ...
متن کاملInternal wave interferometry.
Internal waves are a ubiquitous and significant means of momentum and energy transport in the oceans, atmosphere, and astrophysical bodies. Here, we show that internal wave propagation in nonuniform density stratifications, which are prevalent throughout nature, has a direct mathematical analogy with the classical optical problem of a Fabry-Perot multiple-beam light interferometer. We rigorousl...
